Bio

LaJuana Duncan has been an Insurance Agent with Oklahoma Farm Bureau since 2008 and the Professional Agent in Bartlesville since 2016.  LaJuana was born in Oklahoma, raised on the family farm in Atwood, Oklahoma during the summer and spent the winter months in Parker, Arizona on the Colorado River Indian Reservation where her father taught school.

LaJuana’s previous professional experiences include Director for Orange Coast Magazines, Orange County, California, Real Estate Broker and Instructor, Maui and Big Island of Hawaii and Founder of Hawaii Blooms, a specialty Orchid wholesale shipping company, also in Hawaii where she and her husband Dave lived for 20 years.

 

Duncan, returned to Oklahoma in 2008 to help with her family’s needs and to begin a new career with Oklahoma Farm Bureau.

 

In 2018 LaJuana’s insurance office, Washington County Farm Bureau, was the number #1 office in the State achieving the highest new member growth and retention of membership.  She has received numerous awards in her Insurance career including the 2009 Rookie of the Year Award, Heritage Award, Blue Vase Award, Top Life Agent Award, Top Producer Award, Annual Silver Award, Annual Diamond Club Award and Annual Court of Honor Award.

 

LaJuana loves living in Bartlesville and is a proud Bartlesville Chamber Advocate, a sponsor of the Chamber Business Women’s Luncheon’s and a sponsor of the Chamber Classic Golf Tournament.  Most recently LaJuana participated with the Bartlesville Leadership on a tour of the State Capitol.
