I was raised in the small farming community of Welch, Oklahoma, where I spent years hauling hay for neighbors, playing sports, hunting, and fishing. I went on to Graduate from Oklahoma State University. Me, my wife Nicole, and my two sons, Jackson and Reece, live in Miami, and are members of the First United Methodist Church.

I'm called by God to serve, and for the past three years I've done so as a football coach at Northeastern OK A&M College in Miami, and the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond.
