Bio
Clay was born and raised in Frederick on a farm and ranch growing cotton, wheat and cattle. He attended the University of Tulsa on a football scholarship, graduating with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering in 2001. His career has spanned commercial construction, banking and real estate. He has been married to his wife Shonda for 25 years and has three children, Quinlin (19), William (15) and Collier (15). He is active in the First Baptist Church, Rotary and the Quarterback Club.
