Promotion: “Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance, Cheering on your Favorite Oklahoma Team? Now That’s Huge” (the “Sweepstakes”)
Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on Friday, September 14th. Winners will be drawn twice per week for both Oklahoma University and Oklahoma State University regular season football season games on September 22nd, October 27th and November 10th . (The “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Oklahoma who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of OFBMIC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment does not increase the chances of winning. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the entrant agrees to accept the decisions of OFBMIC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
To Enter: The sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at www.okfbinsurance.com/sweepstakes . The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win tickets. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of OFBMIC. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household, per day for the duration of the promotion. Entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All eligible entries will be used for multiple drawings during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of OFBMIC and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that use fraudulent methods, or are generated by script, macro, or other automated or mechanical means, or that subverts the entry process will be void at the sole discretion of OFBMIC. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment does not increase the chances of winning. “Liking” the OFBMIC Facebook page is not necessary to enter or win and does not increase the chances of winning.
Prizes: Two (2) winners will receive one pair of tickets for the game choice of their choice based on availability of the football game options as presented by OFBMIC. No substitutions or transfers of prizes are permitted by the winners, except at the sole discretion of OFBMIC. All taxes and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. The value of the tickets appears on their face.
Random Drawings: OFBMIC will select two (2) winning entries in a random drawing for the games on the following dates: September 22nd, October 27th, and November 10th. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: OFBMIC will attempt to notify potential winners via email or telephone or email on or about the date of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, OFBMIC may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. OFBMIC shall have no liability for the potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for potential winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Release of Liability and Publicity: All prize winners consent to the use of their names, photographs, likenesses and limited biographical information for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release OFBMIC and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, equity holders, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to, or resulting from, entering or downloading any information or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. OFBMIC and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or late, failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any human or other errors that may occur in connection with this Sweepstakes.
Privacy: The information collected from entrants is subject to OFBMIC’s privacy policy, which may be requested by email to [email protected], and will only be used in the administration of the Sweepstakes unless entrant opts-in for further communications from OFBMIC.
General Conditions: OFBMIC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, counterfeiting, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond OFBMIC control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. OFBMIC reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of the Rules or any laws, or to be attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, misappropriation, infringement, or any other unfair playing practices, poor sportsmanship, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participants or OFBMIC representatives. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, OFBMIC reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Oklahoma. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of OFBMIC in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Oklahoma, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Oklahoma.
